Frequently Asked Questions
Can I take pictures?
We have photo stations set up outdoors and many monsters roaming the parking lot and lines. Feel free to take all the pictures you want while you're outdoors!
Once you're inside the building, photos and video ARE ALLOWED, but you may not stop inside the attractions, and your flash MUST be turned off. No lights are allowed of any kind.
What is a combo ticket?
Paranoia has two indoor haunted attractions. Our base ticket ($25) gets you into just the main attraction. Our combo ticket ($35) gets you into both the main attraction and our second, bonus attraction as well, which is a slightly shorter. The two have completely separate themes and styles. There are separate queues for each attraction, clearly marked in our front gate area. The majority of our guests buy combo tickets so they can see both attractions.
Is Paranoia wheelchair accessible?
Yes, it is. There are cut-throughs for areas that a wheelchair cannot access. Notify a security member at the front gate and we will escort you through the show to ensure you can use the cut-throughs and proper access paths.
Can I buy tickets online? Can I buy tickets at the door?
We offer ticket sales both online and at our front gate box office. The box office accepts cash, cards, and tap payment methods. Our online ticket system accepts cards only. Please see our Ticket page for more details.
Are tickets only valid on certain days? Can I come back if I use only 1/2 of my combo ticket?
Tickets are valid only for the day they are purchased. Our online system allows you to select which day you will attend. Some days are cheaper than others! See the full calendar for details.
This does NOT apply to special occasion attractions such as our Holiday of Horror or Valentines show. Tickets are not transferrable between seasonal events, only within their own season.
Do you have an age limit?
No, we do not have any age limit. However, we strongly suggest that guests under 13 come through with an adult. The show is intense!
What if it's raining?
Both our attractions are indoors, and the queue has a large covered portion! We suggest you bring a poncho or umbrella if you plan to come on a busy night, but we are ALWAYS open in the rain!
